As a Transpersonal Counselor and Ordained Metaphysical Minister I specialize in Spiritual Counseling. My work focuses on helping the mind ascend suffering through understanding Universal Laws, forgiving ourselves for believing our negative thoughts, clearing the blocked energy centers and surrendering to the one source that meets all our needs.
Over the years I have learned that by embracing the fact that the universe is interconnected and filled with signs, synchronicities, and opportunities for growth, one can find meaning and understanding in suffering and then choose to release it and begin to heal.
We can use tuning forks to clear stale energy that gets lodged in the chakras, binary beats to improve focus and concentration and improve thinking to find creative solutions to our present circumstances. We will use guided and unguided art therapy as an expressive tool for deep seated emotions. Everything is in vibration. Everything is mental You will learn to vibrate higher and ascend from a low vibration of fear, worry and doubt to a higher vibration of happiness, joy and unconditional love.
