What is chakra balancing with tuning forks?
Chakra tuning uses therapeutic tuning forks, binaural beats and meditation frequencies to calm a stressed nervous system and bring the seven chakras back into balance. Sessions are in person in Lancaster, PA.
What is shadow work?
Shadow work looks at the parts of ourselves we hide or push away. Together we use Jungian archetype cards, art and affirmations to help you see where the shadow hides in your personality and how those patterns steer your life.
Is my first session really free?
Yes. All initial consultations are complimentary one hour long sessions. We use the first meeting to learn where you are and whether this work is a good fit.

That is the heart of this work. It is guided by an ordained metaphysical minister who has walked that path, including a near-death experience, and guides people through the confusion and grief of a spiritual awakening.
